foods for diet or save money

Vegetable stick

Vegetable sticks are easy to use for dieting.
Vegetable sticks at convenience stores are expensive,
so it is many times more profitable to cut the raw vegetables you bought at the supermarket yourself.
Cabbage, radish, carrots and cucumbers are the best choices.
The taste is delicious
Top of radish> cabbage> cucumber> carrot> bottom of radish
Radish is not suitable for sticks because the part near the root is bitter
It's hard to dip, so it's better to flatten it like potato chips instead of sticks.
The sauce is mayonnaise + garlic (about 40%) + soy sauce (small amount)
Mayonnaise + sesame oil + salt (small amount)
Kewpie egg care without eggs is the best for mayonnaise so far.
Mayonnaise that I don't understand is a little sticky and bad.
The quality of the garlic tube does not have to be high.
I'm full, so I don't feel like eating.
Be careful as your jaw will hurt a little.

Japanese white radish

Since radish is hard, it is better to cut it into thin cylinders and divide it into two later.
If you grate the radish and sprinkle it on rice and pork,
it will be delicious and the sauce of the grilled meat will match.

cabbage

It is easier to cut the cabbage into small pieces and wash them in a bowl later.
It's soft, so you can cut it roughly,
but it's difficult to attach it to mayonnaise unless you cut it to a certain size.

Cucumber

The cucumber can be a little thicker, but you can cut it off by holding the edge with one hand.
As you can imagine, the taste is normal and the nutrition is low,
so the cost performance is not particularly good.
You don't have to buy a lot,
but you want to buy a small amount for balance.

Carrot

Carrots are awkward to peel and the texture is not good, but they are a little sweet.
It is difficult to cut into sticks, so if you cut it into thin slices,
it will be easier to attach to mayonnaise.

Tempura

toriten Shiitake mushroom and onion
A simple dish of chopping vegetables and chicken, dusting them with flour and raising them.
1 egg, 150 ml water, 50 g thin flour
. The key is not to overmix the flour.
Easy to use for carbohydrate diet due to low sugar content.
If the chicken is thick, it may be pre-boiled.
chicken underboiled
Cleaning up is somewhat messy as the liquid tempura powder will stick to the dish.
The oil has to be soaked up by kitchen paper and disposed of, which is somewhat troublesome.
The chicken meat should be thigh meat rather than breast meat.
Breast meat is a bit bland, and thigh meat with some oil is easier to eat in large quantities.
d The matching of onions, eggplants and green peppers is quite good.
King oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms can be eaten in moderation.
All of them are the point to make delicious by slicing vegetables thinly.
In a measuring cup without a cooking scale, 110 g (55%) in 200 ml.
in the middle of frying chicken carrot frying in the middle
However, there is an assumption that deep frying tastes better and is a waste of oil,
so Although it saves money, there is a tendency to make too many at once and eat too much.
If you eat too much, you lose concentration, so you can cut the ingredients into smaller portions.

Fried chicken

Put thigh meat [300g] in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken (thigh meat) into pieces the size of one piece of fried chicken.
Additionally, add Rub with soy sauce [2 tablespoons (30ml)], cooking sake [1 tablespoon (15ml)],
garlic [5g] and ginger [5g] and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

(You can mix them in the middle if you have room.)
After 15 minutes or more, discard some of the sauce.
Rub in potato starch [3 tablespoons (45 ml)].
katakuriko knead
Fry at 170 degrees for about 3 minutes.
fry scoop
If there is room, leave the chicken for 4 minutes and fry at 190 degrees for 2 minutes.
(Remarks for weighing: 10 ml = 6 g
[divide g by 0.6 to get ml of volume, multiply ml of volume by 0.6 to get g of weight])
(Halami is too fatty and breast meat is too protein-rich for deep frying.)

Fries

saucemayo
Simply cut up vegetables, shrimp or pork, dip in liquid flour and breadcrumbs and fry
. 1 egg, 30 ml water, 60 ml (4 tablespoons) light flour
Note that the flour tends to clump.
semi-raw cabbage
If you run out of breadcrumbs, you can eat it as tempura
by dipping the food in liquid flour only and then deep frying it.
Tonkatsu sauce, mentsuyu, and mayonnaise are good matches.

After all, as with tempura, be careful not to eat too much and get stomach upset.

Extra edition

FamilyMart's Bettarazuke (radish) goes well with rice, so it's delicious.
Also, curry is cheap and delicious.

Saving recipes

Garlic rice

Butter (or oil), garlic tube, grilled meat sauce (or)
Fry the garlic in oil, add an appropriate amount of white rice, and cut the rice with a rice scoop.
(The rice scoop gets dirty with oil, but the frying pan hurts with a spoon)

Fried rice

Sesame oil (or butter or salad oil), eggs (1 or 2), soy sauce (or grilled meat sauce),
chopped vegetables (bean sprouts, carrots, etc.)
When the oil gets hot, add the beaten egg and stir. Within 10 seconds,
add the white rice and vegetables and cut with a rice scoop.
Put it on a plate in a short time.
Even if you increase the number of eggs and fry them over low heat for a short time to make them look like porridge,
they are quite delicious.
The point is to use more oil and less time to fry, but fried rice is technically difficult.
It goes well with kimchi. Olive oil doesn't go well, but it can be used.

Napolitan (ketchup pasta)

Boil the pasta in advance.
Fry ketchup in butter. Once the ketchup is emulsified (separated, discolored), add Worcestershire sauce. (Source is optional).
Mix an appropriate amount of pasta and cut the noodles with a rice scoop.
If you don't add Worcestershire sauce, it will have a casual flavor like sweets.
Good matching with wieners.

Dried soba, hiyamuki, somen noodles

You can buy it at convenience stores and commercial supermarkets, but soba is not inferior to eating out.
Cold wheat has a texture that is between udon and somen noodles,
and is easier to accumulate in the stomach than somen noodles.
Both are cost-effective because they can be eaten with the same noodle soup, wasabi, and ginger.
The drawback is that there are no vegetables or proteins that go well with each other.
The chilled chicken goes well with somen noodles.

Avocado

Avocado soaked in soy sauce for about 30 minutes matches well with rice, mayonnaise, and wasabi.
Avocado pickled in soy sauce is said to have a taste similar to that of tuna fatty tuna.
It costs 200 yen per piece, but sometimes it is sold in bulk for about 50 yen.

Tofu

Needless to say, the matching with rice, the king of the saving world, is good.
I get tired of it because it has a peculiar taste.

Kaki no Tane

It's not cheap because it costs about 50 yen per bag, but it's easy to combine with coffee and butter.
It's convenient to eat in the car when you don't have time in the morning because your stomach will swell.
It is not suitable for dieting because it tends to eat many bags due to inertia.

Materials that are not suitable for saving money

Bird skin

The price is low, but because it contains a lot of oil,
it does not match well with rice and is difficult to match with vegetables.
Can only be used with yakitori.
It may have bird hair. A small amount can be used for fried rice.

Ponjiri(tail of the chicken)

It's a lot of oil and it doesn't go wrong with vegetables,
but I don't recommend buying it in large quantities.
It's about 500 yen per pack, so it's not that cheap. Can only be used with yakitori.
A small amount can be used for fried rice.

Bag noodles, cup noodles (ramen)

Although the amount is small,
the price is higher than the bag noodles (50 yen per meal)
(about 150 yen per meal).
As with bag noodles, it makes the skin dirty and the smell of pork bones cannot be removed,
so it is not recommended.
It goes well with hot spring eggs (about 50 yen each) and raw eggs,
but I get tired of both.

Natto

It's cheap, so it saves money, but bad breath remains,
so you have to brush your teeth one by one, and
Sticky stains remain on the dishes,
so you need to wash them carefully, which is time-consuming.
