An automatic verb is a verb that does not take an object 0.
Roughly speaking, an action that exerts force on oneself is an automatic verb.

SV construction

. A sentence with only the subject S + the intransitive verb V
. The others are adverbs such as "where" and "when".

SVC construction

. Subject S + intransitive verb V + complement C (how)
and the subject (who) and "how (how)" are equal is called SVC construction.
Complement C is in SVC, "What is the subject?"
An "adjective" OR a "noun" that describes "what state is the subject?"
But in SVOC constructions, the complement explains the object.
